Kdump to remote host fails using ssh on Express5800/R110d-1E on RHEL6 server

Issue

• kdump to remote host using ssh fails and vmcore is captured in /var/crash instead. 
• This model uses the new BCM5718 NIC which uses tg3 driver,
• kdump to remote host works correctly on server models using other NIC types.
• This case corresponds to Case 00409363, which was for RHEL5.6.
