XFS file system corruption after some reboots

Issue

• The OCP 4.8 / 4.9 installed on a single node cluster has crashed.
  This issue has occurred on both OCP 4.8 / 4.9 clusters installed on a single node.
  This issue has happened twice now on different set of hardware.

• The file system shows these types of corruption:

Dec 20 15:41:59 localhost kernel: XFS (sda4): Unmount and run xfs_repair
