Issue

After unsuccessful upgrade from RHEV-M 3.2 to RHEV-M 3.3 next upgrade prompts user to put
data that are usually asked during setup of the product. Namely these are fully qualified domain
name of the RHEV-M machine, firewall settings, NFS ISO domain setup.
