Why getting error "-bash: !Common/Ca(bla-bla-bla) : event not found" while mounting WINDOWS share ?

Have to mount WINDOWS share, but have a problems in PATH.

Share path is : /x.x.x.x//#Ex.ccc/!Common/Cast/Doc/
when try to mount see an below error:
-bash: !Common/Ca(bla-bla-bla) : event not found
