Error when accessing the POD terminal on OpenShift 4

Issue

  • When trying to enter the POD terminal it generates connection errors
Error from server (InternalError): Internal error occurred: failed calling webhook "validate-exec.<service-name>-controller.svc": Post "https: //<service-name>-webhookserver.openshift-operators.svc: <port> / validate? Timeout = 30s" : dial tcp <ip_address:port>: connect: connection refused
