Ovs crash on hypervisor hosts

Issue

• Openvswitch on a hypervisor crashed. We would like to understand what happened to cause this.

• This host had been recently patched, however, many other hosts with the same build were patched at the same time and this crash was not seen.

• Openvswitch was restarted and connectivity to the vm's was restored
