secpath_cache slab object is consuming very high memory.
Issue
- Severe kernel memory leak in secpath_cache when elliptic curves are used.
- Kernel panic - not syncing: System is deadlocked on memory due to secpath_cache slab.
- secpath_cache slab object leaks kernel memory.
