Content improperly routes to mod_cluster and causes 503 errors or improper access when / sessions are present
Issue
- We are serving static content from Apache and passing application requests to a JBoss backend via mod_cluster. We see requests for the static content failing, generating 503s and "All workers are in error state".
- We've deployed a ROOT application and removed it from excluded-contexts. The admin/jmx console are now improperly accessible through Apache.
