JBAS-7068: OracleValidConnectionChecker using wrong timeout for ping

Issue

  • OracleValidConnectionChecker appears to be using 5000 seconds as its ping timeout rather than 5 seconds.
  • Is EAP 5 affected by JBAS-7068?  Do we need a patch?
