lvmetad[xxx]: update_metadata ignoring outdated metadata on PV <UUID> seqno <num> for <UUID> <VG_name> seqno <num>
lvmetad[xxx]: Cannot use VG metadata for <VG_name> <UUID> from PV <UUID> on <num>
lvmetad[xxx]: update_metadata from pv <UUID> same seqno <num> with unmatching data for <VG_name> <UUID>
