Non-existent volumes attached to Instance.
Issue
- After a backup process with Commvault, the instance keeps the backed-up disks attached.

- When consulting the disks, they do not exist but they are attached to the instance.

No volume with a name or ID of '10f9f4af-670b-4e13-b3ed-00f8699e3048' exists.
- It seems to be a mismatch between the Cinder database and Nova database.
