User permissions to migrate vms does not work
Issue

User permissions to migrate vms does not work.

Added a user Role with the following permissions:
- Login Permissions
- Basic Operations (and all 3 under categories)
- Move VM
- Migrate

Then given permission to newly created custom role for specified cluster with the vms.

If log in into the User Portal there is no Button for Migrating ? How can we add these User Roles ?
