Why does the "needs-restarting -r" output does not show correct values?
Issue
- "
needs-restarting -r" outputs an incorrect value. - After kernel update, the
needs-restartingcommand does not show need of reboot. - Updating to Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.5 breaks
needs-restartingcommand.
