[AMQ Broker] AMQ Broker Operator "7.9.0-opr-2" doesn't replace "7.9.0-opr-1"

Issue

  • Starting from 7.9.0-opr-1 with Update Approval to Automatic, we end up with:
  1. The new Operator opr-2 that stucks with Cannot update - CatalogSource was removed.
  2. The old Operator opr-1 stucks in Replacing - Upgrade Available.

Environment

  • OpenShift Container 4
  • AMQ Broker 7.9
