[BUG] Missing "Red Hat Enterprise Linux" option for RHEL Academic when creating a case from the Customer Portal
Issue
When I want to open a new case via Customer Portal, in the "Product" field, I can choose only from two options: Red Hat Customer Portal and Red Hat Network, even though I have valid and active RHEL subscriptions:
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux Academic Server, Self-support
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux Advanced Platform (Academic Edition), Standard
