Issue
- Cannot stop Deployment unit
- When I want to stop deployment unit (Stop button), an error appears;

Attempt to stop any deployment unit fails with the following pop up error message:
Unable to complete your request. The following exception occurred: Server that this client is connected to has no capabilities to handle QueryServicesClient.

- Red Hat Decision Manager (Decision Manager) 7.11.0, 7.11.1
