ovnkube-node-* memory usage is extremely high
Issue
In Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform versions prior to 4.7.25 when using OVN-Kubernetes as the CNI network provider there is a bug that affects the memory usage and the ovnkube-node-* uses more memory than it needs.
