Cannot discover SAN storage successfully on RHEL 5.9 with Emulex 16GB adapter
Issue
- can not scan attached FC storage
- rescan didn't help, devices still not seen
- same server with RHEL 6.4 can discover storage successfully
- no LUNs discovered

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.9
- Emulex FC Adapter (16GB)
