The USB 3.2 Gen2x2 port can run at 20G speed but reported as 5000M in lsusb
Issue
After plugged an USB3 device that supports 20G into the USB 3.2 gen2x2 port, "lsusb -t" reports 5000M only for the port in which the USB3 device is connected to
