"Wacom preferences" are available per host basis but not per user basis in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.4

Issue

• In Red Hat Enterprise Linux-6.4 the new Wacom user preferences are tied to user@machine.

• Whereas previously (pre RHEL6.4) Wacom preferences saved for a user on one machine was working with a Wacom on another machine for the same user (assuming using home directory over NFS etc.).

• This is a usefull feature that allow users to swap machines and keep all their settings when they move by using NFS home directories.

• Can this issue be fixed for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.4 ?
