TCP sockets stuck in FIN-WAIT-1 or CLOSING state forever
Issue
- Sometimes when the server actively closes a TCP Connection it transitions into the CLOSING state and the TCP Connection hangs in this state forever.
- The TCP Connection is then no longer owned by any process, so a kind of "zombie".

- Kernels from kernel-4.18.0-152.el8
