Open() of existing file with O_EXCL on NFS filesystems incorrectly succeeds Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.1
Issue
Servers will lose data if they are rebooted.
NFS will recreate a file belonging to another host.
Caused MySQL error "inacessible tables"
