noobaa-db-0 crashloop when deploying OCS 4.6 in OCP 4

Issue

When creating a noobaa object the pod noobaa-db-0 deployed fails with CrashLoop BackOff.
In the Pod noobaa-db-0 logs the following output it's found:

error: MONGODB_ADMIN_PASSWORD has to be set.
