Health checker for Disconnected Mirror Registry in OpenShift 4

Issue

For a disconnected OpenShift 4 installation, after Mirroring the OpenShift Container Platform image repository, multiple issues are seen with the mirror registry. Is there a post-validation tool or any health-check script so as to test the configurations done?
