dnf update on RHV 4.4.7 hosted engine tries to replace rhv-openvswitch with ovirt-openvswitch packages of lower version

Issue

• After upgrading a RHV-M hosted engine from 4.4.6 to 4.4.7, running the dnf update command tries to replace the already installed rhv-openvswitch package with ovirt-openvswitch of a lower version.
  • The rhv-openvswitch version installed is 2.11-7 while the ovirt-openvswitch version being installed is 2.11-1.
