Why does the Adobe flex content fail to load when the webpage is accessed externally in JBoss EAP?

- Why does the flex component load correctly in the intranet but fails to load when accessed externally?

cross-domain.xmlfile be stored? - Why is the flex gui still not accessible after storing the proper cross-domain.xml file in the correct folder?
