can't see console.redhat.com "applications" menu with regular non Admin users
Issue
connected to the portal "https://console.redhat.com" our users are unable to see the "Applications" menu.
Only with our main support user we can see the Application menu and everything else.
We can setup RBAC for users to view this menu.
