What service is used by Customer Portal to check USA city name based on postal code provided?
Issue
- When using the Red Hat Customer Portal API
createUsera user creation may fail for USA based contacts due to name not exactly matching the check Red Hat performs based on USA postal code. - Create or Update user API fails with errror like:
- address.county: validation_postal_code_county_not_match
- address.zipCode: validation_city_state_postal_code_not_match
