Unable to delete OpenShift Dedicated/ROSA cluster
Environment

Issue
- The cluster is stuck in the uninstalling state.
- Unable to delete OpenShift Dedicated/ROSA cluster.
Root Cause
- The pending AWS resources/ dependencies and add-ons prevent the cluster from deleting.
Diagnostic Steps
- Check if there are pending Add-ons on OCM.
- Check if the AWS resources/dependencies have been deleted and there are no dependencies/resources.
- If the cluster is still stuck in the uninstalling state after deleting Add-ons and AWS resources/dependencies then open a support case with Red Hat.
