Unable to delete OpenShift Dedicated/ROSA cluster

Environment

Issue

  • The cluster is stuck in the uninstalling state.
  • Unable to delete OpenShift Dedicated/ROSA cluster.

Root Cause

  • The pending AWS resources/ dependencies and add-ons prevent the cluster from deleting.

Diagnostic Steps

  • Check if there are pending Add-ons on OCM.
  • Check if the AWS resources/dependencies have been deleted and there are no dependencies/resources.
  • If the cluster is still stuck in the uninstalling state after deleting Add-ons and AWS resources/dependencies then open a support case with Red Hat.
