Web Application Context Metrics not being collected in JON

Issue

• The following metrics are enabled for web apps and are set to collect every 10 minutes.

• I have never seen any information come through for them.

  Average Session Alive Time
  Created Sessions
  Currently Active Sessions
  

• The <distributable/> tag is set in the applications.
