oauth-openshift pod not running while cluster upgrade in OpenShift 4.6
Issue
oauth-openshiftpod stuck and not starting and giving below error:
Copying system trust bundle
cp: cannot remove '/etc/pki/ca-trust/extracted/pem/tls-ca-bundle.pem': Permission denied
