RHEL Wont boot - 2 installations found - Red Hat Customer Portal

Attached is my boot info. I have found two instances of RHEL on my system.

I have been at this for days to no avail...

I have saved my files to a separate drive, should I just wipe and refresh install?

any help would be amazing.
