Manifest refresh fails with 'Katello::Resources::Candlepin::Owner: Timed out reading data from server'

Issue

• Manifest refresh fails with following error.

[root@satellite ~]# hammer subscription refresh-manifest --organization-id 3

Error: Katello::Resources::Candlepin::Owner: Timed out reading data from server  (POST /candlepin/owners/Org/imports)

• Listing subscriptions returns following.

root@satellite ~]# hammer subscription list 
Katello::Resources::Candlepin::Pool: 404 Not Found {"displayMessage":"Pool with id 8a2fb49263b162a90163dadaaa3e1366 could not be found."
