MRG 2.0 Management Grid view does not see condor daemons.
Issue
- Condor daemons are listed in Inventory view in cumin, but Grid view doesn't see them.
- Submitting a job indicates "There is no schedd to submit to"
- Command line use of condor_status -any lists the pool correctly
- condor_submit works as expected
