Machine Boot process very slow. 20-30min per service
Issue

The machine was rebooted after facing a network problem due to a faulty switch. A file system check was recommended with the message "e2fsck is recommended" and everything came up fine after the check.

Upon rebooting the services takes quite some time to start, why ?
