Does undercloud.conf need the parameters, undercloud_admin_host, undercloud_public_host when the environment is disabled SSL/TLS?

Issue

• Does undercloud.conf need the parameters, undercloud_admin_host, undercloud_public_host when the environment is disabled SSL/TLS?
• Do I need to set undercloud_admin_host and undercloud_public_host parameters in non SSL/TLS environment?
• Does undercloud need undercloud_admin_host and undercloud_public_host parameters?
• If I set theses parameters, are the said IP addresses given to undercloud node?
