GDM no longer requests PINs for smartcards
Issue
- With local certificate SSSD configuration, the gdm smartcard action no longer queries the card. The card is still working with console login as well as with
sudoandpolicykit.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.3
- GNOME GUI
- Smartcard authentication configured via
authselect
