unable to configure eth0 on hp dl360 g7 with 8 network ports using kickstart

Issue

• When try 6.0 (64bit) or 6.1 (64bit) the kickstart installation with 2  network cards ( 8 network ports ) each fails.

• The message is something like this:

> "Waiting for Network manager to configure eth0"  
> "configure failed ... retry?

• If try to reinstall with 5.5 everything works fine.

• In kickstart ks.cfg have this entry:

> "network --bootproto=dhcp --device=eth0 --onboot=yes"

• Have also tried "eth0" - same result.
