LSB resource is failed to probe with "not installed" message.

Issue

• A LSB script resource is failed to probe with the following messages.

Jan 25 23:24:09 node1 pacemaker-controld[1583182]: error: Result of probe operation for testscript on node1: Not installed (/etc/rc.d/init.d/cluster_script.sh: No such file or directory)
Jan 25 23:24:09 node1 pacemaker-controld[1583182]: notice: Transition 5 aborted by operation testscript_monitor_0 'modify' on node1: Event failed
Jan 25 23:24:09 node1 pacemaker-controld[1583182]: notice: Transition 5 action 7 (testscript_monitor_0 on node1): expected 'not running' but got 'not installed'

• The resource status is shown as "not installed"
