[RHEV] Why might a Virtual Machine's Disk show an Actual Size is greater than its Virtual Size?

  • Some of the virtual machines in RHEV are exceeding the disk storage allocated to them.
  • While checking from inside the virtual machine, it is utilizing far less from what was allocated. Why there is a difference like this?
