RHV: VMs restarted after evacuation from Host in Maintenance status
Issue
- After a Red Hat Virtualization Host (RHV-H) is moved to maintenance, the other RHV-H that will receive evacuated VMs, may run out of memory.
- Evacuated VMs may be terminated by Out Of Memory (OOM) process killer and then restarted by High Availability on a third RHV-H.
