SDL2 on RHEL8

Hello,
I'm trying to install SDL2 on RHEL8 for using PlayOnLinux and Wine.
I've tried enabling the "Red Gat CodeReady Linux Builder" repository but with no success.
Can anyone help me out getting SDL2 installed?
