Issue

  • When a new application is created or updated, the corresponding clients are not synchronized with the IDP as expected.

  • A log similar to the following appears in system-sidekiq:

    Skipping Zync for event d475fb24-8975-4c1c-a7ab-299eec51ab20. URL not configured.
