strange messages when starting udev

Issue

• At the time of booting realtime kernel following messages occur when /sbin/start_udev is excuted.

Starting udev: pidof[2156]: can't get program name from /proc/2137/stat

pidof[27564]: can't get program name from /proc/27111/stat

pidof[28780]: can't get program name from /proc/28650/stat

I found out, that the messages are thrown by the /sbin/udevsettle command. These messages occur only in 90% of the boot processes.
