JON with Oracle DB 19c

Issue

• JON with Oracle DB 19c;
• We are upgrading our Oracle DB from 10g to 19c - but when we configured JON properties to new Oracle 19c database - JON server failed to startup;
• Is JON compatible with Oracle 19c?

• JON fails to start with the following error:
