After disabling hot deployment, why are updates to deployments still reflected in JBoss EAP 5.1.0?
Issue
Even after removing the hdscanner-jboss-beans.xml file, changes to resources in compressed archives in the deploy directory are still being reflected, although a redeployment does not occur.
