Disk image remain in locked state if image transfer is failed after a restart of the services

Issue

  • During a image transfer of a snapshot disk, the engine services are restarted or the HE VM is rebooted.
  • The image transfer fails, but the disk is left in locked state.

    • ovirt-engine-4.4.6.8-0.1.el8ev.noarch
