Can OpenShift ServiceNetwork CIDR overlap with other services on my network?

Issue

Whilst attempting to access an external service, traffic is being routed to a local Pod.

The IP address of the external service is overlapping with the defined OpenShift ServiceCIDR, which is by default 172.30.0.0/16.

I.E The ServiceNetwork CIDR is defined as 172.30.0.0/16 and an external HTTP service is located outside of the cluster with the IP address 172.30.10.1. When attempting to connect to this external service traffic being routed to Pod network CIDR. (10.128.0.0/14)
