Console hangs when trying to enter Emergency target or "Login incorrect" is printed in loop

  • When the system tries to enter Emergency target, no prompt is printed or a Login incorrect message is printed in loop indefinitely

  • Alternatively checking the journal while the system tried to enter Emergency mode, the following messages may be seen
