convert2rhel does not work with a proxy in the environment

Issue

I'm trying to convert CentOS 8 server into RHEL 8 server using convert2rhel. When I run the conversion command, I get an error.

HTTP proxy configured via HTTP_PROXY or HTTPS_PROXY environment variable and via proxy=X.X.X.X configuration in /etc/yum.conf
